Deep and personal impact
in a virtual world.
Your donation will help iBme share the power of mindfulness with teens and their families during a time when it’s needed the most.
Why Your Gift Matters
Your gift supports thousands of teens across the U.S. develop essential skills of self-awareness, compassion, and ethical decision making through our in-depth mindfulness programs, both in-person and online.
Each time a teen enters a meditation hall or joins a Zoom call, we ask them to meet the moment. When they’re getting ready for a major exam, coming home from a shift at work, or surviving another series of depressive thoughts, they are, again, asked to meet the moment. For us, meeting the moment means turning towards the challenges we’re up against, especially those exacerbated by COVID-19, and knowing that we have the personal resilience and strength of community to greet them.
Please meet the moment with us, and support our End of Year Campaign today, so that more teens and their families can access our transformative programs.
Help us reach our goal and give the gift of mindfulness to teens.

Support iBme’s Equity + Interdependence Fund
We believe that justice and equity are at the core of mindfulness and compassion. If you believe this too, we ask for your support in helping us to live out these values. We are dedicating more resources than ever to this work including two staff positions on our Collaborative Leadership Team. To learn more about our goals and ongoing projects, please visit our Equity + Interdependence Dashboard and explore our 10-Year Progress Report.
As we continue on our journey towards a world free of domination and injustice, we commit to leveraging our resources each year to facilitate an inclusive container for the communities that have been historically neglected with the field of mindfulness. We commit to doing the difficult work of divesting from patriarchal and heteronormative modes of access, communication, and decision-making, and investing in opportunities that are equitable, locally-led, and liberating.
