COVID-19 Resources from iBme

iBme COVID-19 ResourcesHere are a number of COVID-19 resources and support from iBme for you and your loved ones to access any time you want.

We know that these unpredictable times can cause a lot of stress and anxiety. Now more than ever a mindfulness practice can serve as an invaluable resource for clarity, calm, and resilience. Even in this moment, as you read this page, can you slow down slightly, feel your feet on the ground, bring awareness to the weight of your body sitting or standing? Can you allow one cycle of breath to deepen and soften? On our own and together, we have everything we need to take care of ourselves whatever is happening around us.

iBme is here to support you. See the programs (some free, some paid), videos, and meditation guidance below to get started.

Online Programming

We’ve created online programs specific to teens and in response to the current reality we’re facing in quarantine/isolation/at social distance.
