4 Ways of Working with Fear

How do we learn not to contract — mentally, physically, emotionally — in the face of fear?

In this Wisdom Talk, iBme lead teacher Jessica Morey weaves together classical teachings, stories, personal experience, and reflection to explore 4 ways of working with fear. She participated for 10 years in an IMS young-adult mentoring group and has attended longer (1-3 month) retreats in Asia and the US.
