How do we learn not to contract — mentally, physically, emotionally — in the face of fear?
In this Wisdom Talk, iBme lead teacher Jessica Morey weaves together classical teachings, stories, personal experience, and reflection to explore 4 ways of working with fear. Drawing on timeless Buddhist teachings, Jessica shares four qualities of heart and mind that we can actively cultivate — at all times, and especially during times of heightened fear.
