Mindfulness for All

Why Your Gift Matters

Your gift supports thousands of teens across the U.S. develop essential skills of self-awareness, compassion, and ethical decision making through our in-depth mindfulness programs, both in-person and online.

Each time a teen enters a meditation hall or joins a Zoom call, we ask them to meet the moment. When they’re getting ready for a major exam, coming home from a shift at work, or surviving another series of depressive thoughts, they are, again, asked to meet the moment. For us, meeting the moment means turning towards the challenges we’re up against, especially those exacerbated by COVID-19, and knowing that we have the personal resilience and strength of community to greet them.

Please meet the moment with us, and support our 2021 Annual Fund today, so that more teens and their families can access our transformative programs.

Support iBme’s Equity + Interdependence Fund

We believe that justice and equity are at the core of mindfulness and compassion. If you believe this too, we ask for your support in helping us to live out these values. We are dedicating more resources than ever to this work including two staff positions on our Collaborative Leadership Team. To learn more about our goals and ongoing projects, please visit our Equity + Interdependence Dashboard and explore our 10-Year Progress Report.

We have now reached a “no turning back” mark in our journey to disperse historically consolidated power within dominant identity groups to a multiculturally-led organization, and to further integrate equity and justice work into the growth of our programs. As we continue on our journey towards a world free of domination and injustice, we commit to leveraging our resources each year to facilitate a safe container for the communities that have often been neglected from the formal mindfulness ecosystem as it is structured today. We commit to doing the difficult work of divesting from racist, patriarchal, and heteronormative modes of access, communication, and decision-making and investing in opportunities that are equitable, grassroots-driven, and liberating.
