In August 2020, Appolinaire Nadembega, an educator from Burkina Faso (a French speaking country in West Africa), and his family left their home and country for Canada, after a seven years-long process that began in 2013.

Join us for a community conversation with Appolinaire to learn more about his experience, challenges, dreams, and worries, and what pushes one to leave their homeland for the unknown.
