This class will invite you into an experiential exploration of human happiness, resilience, and well-being through meditation, relational mindfulness, journaling, and guided imagery.

Vadan Ritter, MS
Vadan Ritter, MS, is a UCLA Trained Mindfulness Facilitator and Certified Awakening Joy teacher. She currently teaches mindfulness and facilitates groups in San Francisco, CA for the Integrative Pain Management Program and Saint James Infirmary. Previously she has taught and facilitated for UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center and mentored in the Intensive Practice program. She began practicing meditation at the age of 16 and has studied and trained in several different traditions including Buddhist, Secular Mindfulness, and Sufi.
