Contemplative Online Courses

Our online course schedule has some amazing course topics offered by talented iBme teachers from across the world. Most courses run for 6 consecutive weeks meeting once per week and are open to all ages while centering a youth experience, unless otherwise specified. The courses cover topics such as social and environmental justice, navigating loss (focusing on transitions for graduating Seniors), POC and Queer identities, art, parenting, and much more. What better time to immerse in a mindfulness retreat — from home! We’ve adapted our signature style to the online environment to bring you a meaningful and transformative retreat experience. Teens and young adults ages 15-32 welcome. You’ll learn skills for sustaining a home practice and bringing more ease and compassion into your life and relationships. Join on your own or with others.
