Participants of all ages are welcome. You’ll learn skills for sustaining a home practice and bringing more ease and compassion into your life and relationships. Join on your own or with others.

These unique retreats weave iBme’s relational approach with periods of silent guided meditation, yoga, small-group discussion, workshops, and wisdom talks.

Weekday Meditation + Connection

During this unprecedented time, we believe more strongly than ever in the need for practice in community. Every week day we will be offering a meditation guided by one of in iBme’s teachers, specifically geared towards teens and open to all ages. For the weekly schedule and to get access:

Meditation and movement with Ghylian Bell

Ghylian is an iBme movement teacher and Urban Yoga Foundation partner, and is offering two opportunities a day for virtual practice.
