Online daylong retreat for teens

iBme’s Cara Lai and Mark Wax are offering an online daylong retreat for teens! It’ll be a day of meditating, playing, chilling, and connecting to help you find some sanity during this intense time and to explore what this whole life thing is all about. The retreat will be on Saturday April 4th from 12:30pm to 7pm ET. Feel free to stay in your PJ’s all day long.

2pm Weekday Meditation + Connection

During this unprecedented time, we believe more strongly than ever in the need for practice in community. Every weekday at 2pm ET / 11am PT we will be offering a meditation guided by one of in iBme’s teachers (see daily schedule below), specifically geared towards teens and open to all ages. Each session will last approximately 30 minutes. Sign up below for access:

Meditation and movement with Ghylian Bell

Ghylian is an iBme movement teacher and Urban Yoga Foundation partner, and is offering two opportunities a day for virtual practice.

9am EST / 6am PST – 15 min Morning Practice Check-In
7:30pm EST / 4:30pm PST – Evening Movement and Meditation
