LGBTQIA+ Identity Live Meditations
The First and Third Tuesday of the Month @ 6:30pm ET / 3:30pm PT
This sit is for all ages with a youth focus. Anyone who holds any of the LGBTQIA+ identities is welcome to attend! This is an invitation and opportunity to share your mindfulness practice in a welcoming, open, and accepting space. Practice in community is vital to engaged mindfulness and having a group that can compassionately witness and hold the particular realities of being queer can support healing and personal growth.
