Find personal insight and growth
iBme retreats help teens and young adults reduce stress and cope with school, life, and social demands in a self-empowering way. An iBme retreat reconnects participants with their own natural confidence and ease — their inner spark. Through curiosity, they develop their powers of perception and their capacity to understand their emotions and thoughts, essential skills that are valuable now and for a long time to come.
The basic ingredients of an iBme retreat? Mindfulness, community, and natural fun.

Our faculty and staff
Our retreats are led by awesome adults with years of experience serving and working with teens and young adults, alongside their own longstanding mindfulness practices. iBme faculty and staff walk their talk in their professional and personal lives and devote themselves to creating a truly unique and safe container for all to be welcomed, be real, and be accepted — and have some fun (yeah, we do that too).

Tuition and scholarship information
We offer a sliding scale for our retreat tuitions and have never turned a teen away due to financial circumstances. To make this possible and continue to remain sustainable in as progressive and equitable way as possible, we rely on both families contributing according to their capacity and the generosity of our donors — at all levels of participation.
What participants are saying
“At this moment I feel I have learned more lessons about myself and others in the past five days than I did in the last year of school.”
—Ben, age 17
What parents are saying
“A girl who had previously said and did things to go with the crowd or please others was now making sure her feelings and her self needs were being met. There is no doubt in my mind she gained this confidence from retreat.”
—Parent of a teen retreatant
