Inward Bound Mindfulness
A national leader in immersive mindfulness education, Inward Bound Mindfulness provides teens and young adults with a rare opportunity to gain a level of insight into their own experience and build safe and authentic connection with peers and mentors.
Our vision is to support future generations of heart-centered, diverse leaders who are prepared to respond to the challenges of their time with focus, resiliency, and compassion for themselves, their communities, and the global environment.

Teens need our support more than ever.
Confident in their needs and their dreams, Gen Z leaders are showing their elders and each other how to authentically share one’s voice and take action. At the same time, the multitude of crises – a global pandemic, a climate emergency, systemic racism – and the responsibility youth feel to address them have resulted in the highest rates of anxiety, depression, and suicide recorded in history for young people.
Inward Bound programs are a unique opportunity to meet the call of this consequential moment and provide teens with an embodied sense of awareness, well-being, self-confidence, and interconnectedness amidst the chaos.

“Our son has returned to us reflective, mindful, and grounded in ethics and care. He declared that he’s never been somewhere before where he was surrounded by so much love. Thank you for crafting that experience for him and others. We are deeply grateful!”
